How to Track the Status of Your Claim

Once your claim is filed, you can track its progress online or through the court system.

🔍 Tracking Methods:

• Money Claim Online (MCOL) – Log in to see updates.

• County Court Contact – Call the County Court Business Centre if filed by post.

• Letter or Email Updates – The court may notify you of responses or hearing dates.

If the defendant ignores the claim, you can request a default judgment after 14 days.
