If a debtor doesn’t pay, you can request bailiffs (High Court Enforcement Officers or County Court Bailiffs) to collect the debt.

Enforcement Options:

✔️ County Court Bailiff (for debts under £5,000) – Applies through N323 form.

✔️ High Court Enforcement (for debts over £600) – Faster enforcement via Form N293A.

✔️ Attachment of Earnings Order – Deducts payments from the debtor’s salary.

Bailiffs can seize valuable goods, but they cannot take essential household items.
