Once you’ve won a small claim, the defendant has 14 days to pay. If they don’t, you can take enforcement action.

✔️ Send a Final Demand Letter – A formal request reminding the defendant of the court order.

✔️ Choose an enforcement method – Bailiffs, charging orders, or a warrant of execution.

✔️ Apply to the court – Submit an N323 form for enforcement action.

If the defendant still refuses to pay, further legal action may be necessary.
